The UFC has announced that it will return to Toronto, Ontario, Canada for UFC 140 on December 10 instead of Montreal as previously rumored. April's UFC 129 marked the UFC's Toronto debut at the Rogers Centre and shattered attendance and live gate records with 55,724 fans and $12.075 million, but UFC 140 will take place at the smaller Air Canada Centre.

The UFC has announced that it will return to Toronto, Ontario, Canada for UFC 140 on December 10 instead of Montreal as previously rumored, ESPN first reported Tuesday.

April’s UFC 129 marked the UFC’s Toronto debut at the Rogers Centre and shattered attendance and live gate records with 55,724 fans and $12.075 million respectively.

UFC 140 will take place at the smaller Air Canada Centre, which will hold around 20,000.
