Bellator middleweight champion Hector Lombard earned a unanimous decision over season two tourney winner Alexander Shlemenko to retain the title in the main event of Thursday’s Bellator 34 in Hollywood, Florida.
The card’s co-main event saw Zoila Frausto score one of the biggest upsets of year by winning the women’s 115-pound title with a controversial split decision over previously-unbeaten Megumi Fujii
The event concluded Bellator’s third season, with a fourth season expected to begin early next year.
