UFC Announces Fighters for UFC Fan Expo on Aug. 27-28 in Boston
The UFC has announced more than 30 fighters who will be attendance at the UFC Fan Expo on August 27-28 in Boston, which coincides with "UFC 118: Edgar vs. Penn 2" on Aug. 28 at Boston's TD Garden. Fighters include Anderson Silva, Chuck Liddell, Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, Forrest Griffin, Tito Ortiz, and Urijah Faber.

The UFC has announced more than 30 fighters who will be attendance at the UFC Fan Expo on August 27-28 in Boston, which coincides with “UFC 118: Edgar vs. Penn 2″ on Aug. 28 at Boston’s TD Garden.

Scheduled to participate in autograph sessions and other fan activities are:

UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, UFC Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell, UFC light heavyweight champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua, WEC lightweight champion Ben Henderson, WEC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz, former UFC light heavyweight champion Forrest Griffin, former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz, Carlos Condit, Clay Guida, Cole Miller, Efrain Escudero, Gabriel Gonzaga, Jon Jones, Josh Grispi, Kurt Pellegrino, Matt Hamill, Martin Kampmann, Pat Barry, Roy Nelson, Thiago Alves, Anthony Johnson, Ricardo Almeida, Renzo Gracie, and former WEC featherweight champion Urijah Faber.

A lightweight matchup between Chris Horodecki and Ed Ratcliff and a bantamweight bout between Antonio Banuelos and Chad George have been officially added to the preliminary card of "WEC 51: Aldo vs. Gamburyan" on September 30 in Broomfield, Colorado.

A lightweight matchup between Chris Horodecki and Ed Ratcliff and a bantamweight bout between Antonio Banuelos and Chad George have been officially added to the preliminary card of “WEC 51: Aldo vs. Gamburyan” on September 30 in Broomfield, Colorado.

Horodecki vs. Ratcliff was first reported last week, while Banuelos vs. George was previously unannounced.

Horodecki (15-2) scored his first WEC win in June with a third-round submission of newcomer Danny Downes, a late-replacement for Ratcliff (7-2), who hasn’t fought since suffering a third-round submission to Donald Cerrone in the “Fight of the Night” at December’s WEC 45.

Banuelos (17-6) earned three-straight wins before dropping a unanimous decision to rising contender Scott Jorgensen in April, while George had his six-fight win streak snapped with a 31-second submission loss to Jorgensen in March.

The Versus-televised WEC 51 fight card is headlined by featherweight champ Jose Aldo vs. Manny Gamburyan and also includes Jamie Varner and Donald Cerrone, Miguel Torres vs. Charlie Valencia, Mark Hominick vs. Leonard Garcia, and Chan Sung Jung vs. George Roop.

The Future

Lately, I have been thinking about buying a travel trailer like an airstream. Not the old ones, but one of the newer versions. I would like to just sell all my worldly possessions and live in one with my wife. I think that is what I would like to try one day. Both my wife were considering it before we made our last move.

The only issues were my lack of knowledge about the specifics in living and maintaining that type of vehicle as a living structure. Back when I lived in Hemet a million years ago, I remember many senior citizens would buy big RVs with romantic notions of travelling the country in them. Most of them would make the big purchase but that just became an eyesore in their yard in a short period of time. They would keep making payments on something they used once or twice but committed to a 15 or 30 year loan.

Anyways, I have read a few blogs online about people doing this full-time. I hate the idea of having to unload your waste and water stuff at sites by connecting them to pipes, but I think I am making that a bigger deal than it really is. This is what I am scared of.
