UFC Signs Heavyweight Jon Olav Einemo
Heavyweight Jon Olav Einemo has signed with the UFC, but the 35-year-old Norwegian's Octagon debut has yet to be finalized.Einemo is also an accomplished grappler and is the only man to defeat current Strikeforce prospect Roger Gracie in ADCC.
A member of Team Golden Glory, Einemo (7-1) left MMA in 2006 after rebounding from a PRIDE loss to Fabricio Werdum with a win over James Thompson, but returned last June to improve to 7-1.
Einemo is also an accomplished grappler and is the only man to defeat current Strikeforce prospect Roger Gracie in the Abu Dhabi Combat Club submission tournament in 2003.
