At the 1:20 mark of the video, we see Geithner explaining the raising of the ceiling debt drop dead date starting would be march 31, then July 8, and finally to August 2. 
Obama already had a chance to let the Bush taxes expire, but instead renewed them. This was 6 months ago and he could of increased tax revenues back then. FAIL!
