Despite posting a mundane 3-2 record over his last five Octagon outings – with four of those fights ending via unanimous decision, including his forgettable performance against Rashad Evans at UFC 114 – Quinton “Rampage” Jackson claims his UFC 123 opponent doesn’t provide the same action-packed thrills as he does.

“Whenever I lose it always makes me hungrier, but it also depends on how I lose. Quite honestly, I would rather be fighting someone more exciting just because I feel like my last fight was really boring, a lot more boring than I wanted it to be,” Rampage told FightersOnly. “So I wanted to fight someone who is a little bit more exciting, and now the pressure is on me to make the fight exciting.
