I have been more focused on my health the last 2 months. I have achieved a level of excellent health that exceeds all my expectations. I have lost weight, inches, reduced by blood pressure and cholesterol after becoming a vegan. It was quite easy! People have many preconceived notions that are wrong. I was one of them before I started.
Plain and simple, if you eat meat and animal products like milk, eggs, and cheese, then you will eventually die of a heart attack, stroke, diabetes or complications from these diseases. If you smoke, then eventually you will die from its effects. This is no different in my mind.
